Tailgate Treats: Day 4

You’re going to want to pop ALL of these tasty snacks jalapeño yo’ mouth. If you’re like us, you can never have too much bacon or jalapeño! These mouth-watering bacon-wrapped jalapeños are going to disappear from your Keto Reboot Tailgate FAST, we suggest making at least 2 batches!

Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeños

Ingredients

  • 6 fresh jalapeños
  • 1, 8oz. block cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup salsa verde
  • 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
  • 6 slices thin-cut bacon, cut in half

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375º F
  2. Cut jalapeños in half, lengthwise, and remove seeds
  3. Mix together cream cheese,  salsa verde, and mozzarella cheese
  4. Spoon mixture in halved jalapeños
  5. Wrap or top with bacon
  6. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake on bottom shelf for 15 minutes.
  7. Move jalapeños to the top shelf and broil for 2-3 minutes (keep an eye on them so they do not burn!)
